A Beautiful Newborn Photoshoot With Twins<\/h2>\n

It’s so lovely to be able to share this super sweet newborn session with you. Sarah and Chris were already existing clients of mine\u00a0as\u00a0I was lucky enough to capture their engagement as well as their wedding day back in 2014. To be asked to come back to take some photographs of this really special time in their lives was an absolute privilege and so fulfilling for me as a photographer.<\/p>\n

So, you will notice there is not just one little bundle of joy, but two. Ethan and James, non identical twin brothers. In a previous life as a midwife I’ve delivered twins, but I have to say this is only the second\u00a0time I have photographed newborn twins!<\/p>\n

OK so the boys were not totally newborn. We\u00a0chat about things, and Chris and Sarah\u00a0decided they would like to wait a few weeks so that the boys would be a little more interactive, which was totally cool with me. Who doesn’t love a newborn? I know I do, but babies do become really interesting as they develop and their little personalities emerge. \u00a0It was very amusing to see how different James and Ethan were.<\/p>\n

I know they will reflect on this as they look at these photographs over the years. As the boys grow and their individual personalities shine,\u00a0they’ll remember how evident their individualism was even back then.<\/p>\n

It’s so worth having some beautiful photographs taken when your babies are young. They grow so quickly and it’s easy to forget the little details, swallowed up in a haze of reduced sleep, nappy changes and feeds. These are precious times that you will always look back on with a warm fuzzy heart.<\/p>\n

For me it’s about capturing real moments, in your own home, and with all of you in the photographs! It’s not unusual for one parent to take lots of photographs, but of course this means they’re not in the majority of the photos. That was me when I had my babies, and I wish I had hired someone like me to take photographs like this! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
