Booking a wedding photographer is not like purchasing any product, it's hiring a professional with their own personality and artistic eye to document one of the most important days of your life. Their experience is important, as is their professionalism and ability to manage all aspects of your photography. You need enthusiasm, but also calm and capable reassurance. The right photographer should enhance your wedding day, providing you with a collection of images you will love and treasure for the rest of your life.
'We got married on 17th August 2024. I am so lucky that we found Juliet because she was absolutely incredible. She made everyone feel at ease, always made sure my dress train was in the right position and captured our day perfectly. Juliet got all the shots we wanted but also pictured so many special candid moments.
Leading up to the wedding Juliet was always available to answer questions and I was so excited for her to capture our special day because if you look at her Instagram page or website you can see how talented she is!
Our previews were available the day after the wedding and I couldn’t believe how quickly we received them. I was in awe - they were beautiful! Then it was not long until we received all of our photographs - Juliet is not only amazing at what she does but super quick at sharing her work with you!

"We were absolutely delighted to have Juliet as our wedding photographer. She is a professional who immediately sees how to capture faces and moments in the best possible way, starting from the bridal preparation until the late evening. During all photoshoots Juliet made us feel at ease and genuinely loved throughout, which made the whole process natural and joyful.

"While looking for a wedding photographer, we knew we wanted someone who would capture natural moments and make us feel relaxed. Friends of ours had Juliet to capture the photos at their wedding and they couldn’t recommend her enough. After contacting Juliet to gain more information, we were so impressed with her overall communication and knowledge. Throughout the whole process Juliet was clear with what we should expect and stuck with the timeline she gave us at the beginning. We had a zoom call to chat to Juliet which was great to go through what we felt was important to us on our wedding day but also listening to the advice from Juliet.
On the day, Juliet made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. We had so many compliments about her and she added to the fun of the day. At no point did Juliet make us feel that she was just there to do a job, she gave advice, showed support and seemed to have fun too. We felt so lucky to have her there on the day and felt no pressure at all.
The following day, Juliet shared a very large selection of highlights from the day which we thought was incredible especially so quickly. Juliet has a warm, happy presence, blending in to our friends and family to take lots of candid shots of smiling, laughing faces throughout the day. The organising of the group shots was quick and we spent longer on the couple portraits, at my request, which I’m so glad we did as I have so many favourite photos to look back on now.
The service after the wedding has been seamless, it was so exciting the following day to receive a preview of a selection of photos and a summary of the day. The photos are stunning and perfectly capture the story and emotion of the day. She was fantastic with all of the guests throughout the day, keeping everyone moving for the group shots without rushing anyone, and then putting everyone at ease and allowing everyone to be completely natural in the photos at the restaurant. It was particularly amazing how she managed to weave through the crowd without getting in anyone's way and still find so many perfect candid photos of people having a good time!
Juliet also provides a fantastic service both before and after the day. Juliet was recommended to us by a friend, and having had to make lots of changes to our original wedding plans due to Covid including changing photographer, this was quite a stressful time. Juliet put us at ease right away with a phone call to discuss our plans and stayed in contact throughout the planning process.
On the day when Juliet arrived, having never met her before I felt instantly relaxed in her company. Considering how busy the house was with bride and 5 bridesmaids getting ready I barely noticed Juliet was there but somehow, she managed to capture the most amazing shots before we had even left the house!
Following the ceremony, we had group shots which Juliet took very quickly leaving lots of time to have some fun with couple and bridesmaid shots.
As a couple, I wouldn't say we enjoy having our photos taken, but Juliet made us feel at ease and managed to capture the most beautiful relaxed and romantic shots - something I didn't think would be possible.

“As two fairly camera-shy and awkward-looking people (by our own admission!) it was with a little trepidation that we started looking for a wedding photographer. We quickly knew what we didn’t want - we knew that overly filtered, oversaturated, very posed or curated photos wouldn’t work for us. I stumbled across Juliet on Instagram and immediately got the sense that the photos she took all let the weddings speak for themselves without any extra embellishment, which is exactly what we wanted.
On the day Juliet was the perfect, calming presence who quietly and unobtrusively captured every single moment - there is nothing missing! We still don’t quite understand how she does it - she is some kind of photography wizard as it looks like she was in multiple places at the same time.
We could not be more delighted with our photos. We especially love the photos of just the two of us which look so natural and we look so at ease - no mean feat! Juliet had the perfect balance of blending into the background at points but also grabbing us when she knew we’d get some good shots. I think my dad was rather impressed when Juliet seized the opportunity to get some lovely sun set photos outside which involved ushering a few of our guests back into the bar so we could get some quiet... and they’re among our favourite photos of the day!
I also hadn’t appreciated at the time how unusual and lovely it was to have a preview of 100+ photos 48 hours after the wedding - it meant the world to have them to pore over and share with everyone.
