A Laid-Back Marquee Back Garden Wedding With Games Bouncy Castle And Bubble Fairy
I’m really chuffed to share this brilliant back garden wedding with you today. If I could choose just one wedding to actually be a guest at (and not just take the photographs), it would have to be this one. It was so much fun!
The bride and groom chose to say their personalised vows in the garden of the family home led by Celebrant Christina Walker. Afterwards there were delicious looking canapés washed down with Pimm’s and Champagne cocktails. Giant Jenga, Connect Four, and various other shenanigans as well as a disco bouncy castle keeping guests entertained for hours.
The garden looked amazing. Everywhere I turned there were beautiful arrangements of home grown flowers, the highlight of which was a wonderful floral arch created as a backdrop for the ceremony.
The bride and groom chose a really relaxed format for the day getting the speeches out of the way early on so that everyone could kick back and relax. The awesome Bubble Fairy Danni provided interactive fun for guests, as well as providing the best bubbles EVER for my bride and groom portraits.
There was so much yummy food! Hog roast, Paella, various salads, and later a mobile Gourmet pizza company set up in the adjacent field.
The weather was perfect. If you were planning an outdoor ceremony and reception, you couldn’t ask for better, and it was just one big relaxed party, everything the couple wanted for their special day.
A & C, thank you so much for choosing me to capture such a special day in your lives, and thank you also for kindly allowing me to share this preview. Enjoy! J x
