A Glamorous Duncton Mill Fishery Wedding With Lake Side ceremony and Marquee Reception
Duncton Mill Fishery provided a really magical setting for Will and Hayley’s outdoor ceremony and celebrations. Picturesque and rather exclusive (with a limited number of weddings per year), Will and Hayley knew it would be just the right setting for their special day the moment they clapped eyes on it.
Oh my days, Hayley just looked simply radiant in a Jenny Packham beaded frock. She teamed it with Rachel Simpson heels, and her bouquet of soft creams and pinks was so pretty and perfect. Hayley’s sister and friend managed to provide plenty of help and moral support whilst looking fabulous in Coast pastel pink bridesmaids frocks.
Both families had come together to help bring alive the day the couple dreamed of, from a scrumptious ‘naked cake’ made by Hayley’s mum, to potted plants and flowers created by Will’s mum. Unbelievably, Will even made every single bench for the ceremony as well as the lectern! I’ve never known a groom work so hard for his bride. The setting was already really special but these touches just added to the sense of occasion. Relaxed, super special, and very very personal and unique to them.
With music being an important part of Will’s life (both in teaching and as a band member), it was always going to be an important part of the day. Reflected in both the order of service, confetti cones made of musical score, friends performing throughout the ceremony and later his band providing some serious tunes, it enriched and personalised the day in a way only music can.
This was a beautiful wedding to capture and Will and Hayley were a complete treat. Thanks guys for being great fun and ensuring I was well looked after. Please don’t grade me on my punctuation and grammar. 😉
Here is your wonderful wedding day. J x
