A Preview Of Jen & Alex’s Wedding At Bury Court Barn
Canadian Jen wed beau Alex in the quintessentially English setting of the Barn at Bury Court in Surrey. It’s the first time I’ve captured a wedding at this venue, and I have to say it really is the perfect setting for couples wanting something relaxed, charming, and very beautiful.
Jen looked a million dollars! She teamed her ivory lace Suzanne Neville ‘Radiance’ frock with some purple Jimmy Choos. A fabulous pop of colour. Her bridesmaids wore wine coloured dresses brought over from Canada. It made a very pretty change to the usual pastel and the girls looked gorgeous.
It’s no accident that flowers feature heavily in this preview. I’ve said it before, but I really feel amazing fresh flowers add so much sophistication and style to a wedding, not to mention a delicious aroma that will forever remind you of your day. Jen’s bouquet by Hungerford Florist’s Martin And The Magpie was immense, as were all the venue floral displays.
This was such a wonderful day to photograph, and this really is just a taste of what’s to come and I couldn’t possibly include everyone. I hope you love your previews guys, you were fabulous. Have a wonderful honeymoon. J x
