Editorial Bridal Photography
Here’s a refreshingly different Spring bridal editorial I shot back in March with leading bridal boutique Miss Bush, featuring Chloe Keenan (of Britain’s Next Top Model).
Miss Bush MD Emma had this to say. “The Miss Bush home team came together to create a series of looks for Spring 2017. With bright and cheerful yellow throughout, crisp, fresh white and lots of luscious greenery, the looks created are perfect for Spring, celebrating the joy and promise of the new season.
It’s always fantastic to work with Emma and the home team. A group of hard working wedding professionals (make up artists, hair stylist, florist), using their skills and creativity to produce brilliant imagery to inspire brides seeking to be anything but ordinary.
From a photographic perspective, I love the opportunity to work with a team that includes the very best suppliers around. Planning is meticulous, execution is fluid and fun, and I’m always given space to work with my model, in this case lovely Chloe, to get the best results for all involved.
On the day the heavens opened and it was all looking a bit dodgy weather wise. Later, when the sun came out, we were able to head to a rather lush area of foliage, trees and daffodils. The setting really does make the shoot, but equally that Yolan Cris yellow frock, make up and hair, dazzling beautiful flowers, and ultimately Chloe’s ability to express all the different looks and feel you ask for. We wanted ‘casual fun and free’, and I think we achieved it in bucket fulls.
