A Preview Of Simran & Andrew’s Wedding At Foxhill Manor And Sezincote House And Gardens
Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of documenting Simran and Andrew’s wedding day at Sezincote House in Gloucestershire.
Everything about this day dazzled. Firstly the location. Sezincote is a grand 19th century family owned Cotswolds estate. It was built to honour an Indian house in the Mogul style of Rajasthan, and is said to have inspired the Prince Regent to change his plans for the Brighton Pavilion. It’s so very beautiful and was the most perfect location for Simran and Andrew’s joining in matrimony as well as their joining of cultures.
Simran looked amazing in a traditional and intricately beaded dress, with stunning family jewelry. Her bridesmaids wore green which further complimented emeralds and beads. The flowers by The Pink Peony consisted of coral pink peonies, roses, protea and succulents and were astonishingly beautiful. There were flowers floating in the garden’s central fountain, and I also loved the Hydrangea ‘hot air balloon’ centerpieces in the marquee. The day was coordinated by Carmen Weddings, which included a perfectly timed entrance of the bridesmaids across the perfectly tended lawns, followed by Simran and her father to Andrew and their guests waiting in the Orangery. It was pure theatre, dramatic and rather magical.
Here is a preview of the day, with much more to follow. Simran and Andrew thank you for a fabulous and memorable day. Enjoy your preview. J x
